The process for completing the Athletic Clearance Forms has slightly changed. Please read  instructions thoroughly so that you can complete the process correctly.  This is a parent/guardian responsibility.


 

CLOVIS NORTH GIRLS TENNIS:

* August 8 and 9, 2024: Tryouts/Practice.  Tryouts end 8/9/2024.

* August 12, 2024: Practice 3:30-5:30pm (Subject to change).

Please complete Athletic Physical and Athletic Clearance forms ASAP.
