Clinic Dates are now full.  Any attempts to register by email will not be honored.  Registration via the webform was the only valid way to sign up.  No walk-ups on any clinic day will be accepted.  Your child must be on our Master List.  Thank you for your interest.  We will have a winter/spring clinic coming up in 2025.
